Makari has always focused on turning feeling into sound when words are not enough. Based in Orlando, Florida, the band draws inspiration from ambient rock, emo, and modern alternative, shaping a sound that feels expansive and grounded. Featuring vocalist Andy Cizek, guitarists Eric Stewart and Matt Beljan, bassist Jay Tomasso, and drummer Kevin Beljan, Makari creates something honest and intentional, built to connect with listeners from all walks of life.

Across releases like Hyperreal, Continuum, and Wave Machine, Makari has continued to evolve while holding onto the sincerity that first drew listeners in. Their music creates a place that feels less like escapism and more like somewhere to exist in for a while.
